Welcome to One Moto Nation, operated by OMN LLC. By accessing or using our website to list, browse, or inquire about motorcycles, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Free Listings for Early Sellers•The first 100 sellers are entitled to list one motorcycle for free.•Additional listings, or listings by users after the first 100, will require payment as specified at checkout.•One free listing per seller; duplicate free listings will be removed at our discretion.
2. Platform Purpose•One Moto Nation operates solely as a classified listing platform.•We do not participate in or facilitate any sales, exchanges, financing, or escrow services.•All transactions are strictly between the buyer and the seller.
3. User Responsibilities•Sellers are responsible for verifying the identity and credibility of potential buyers.•Buyers are responsible for verifying the authenticity and condition of the motorcycle and legitimacy of the seller.•One Moto Nation does not guarantee any listings, communications, or transactions.
4. Payments & Fees•Payment is required for listing motorcycles beyond the first free listing or after the first 100 free listings have been claimed.•All payments are processed securely. No refunds will be issued once a listing is published unless stated otherwise.
5. Data Collection & Privacy•We collect user data necessary to operate the platform, including contact details and listing information.•Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.•By using this platform, you consent to our use of your data as described in our [Privacy Policy].
6. Limitation of Liability•One Moto Nation is not responsible for any disputes, losses, fraud, or damages arising from interactions or transactions between users.•OMN LLC and its affiliates are indemnified and held harmless from any claims, disputes, or damages stemming from listings, purchases, or communications made through the platform.
7. User Conduct•Users must provide accurate and truthful information.•Listings must comply with applicable laws and must not include stolen, misrepresented, or hazardous vehicles.
8. Modifications•We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
